 High School Bio:

            Played center on offense and tackle on defense on the varsity football team three years. Received Most Improved and Most Valuable Lineman Awards; also the Head-Hunter Award; earned All-North Georgia-Alabama Team honors. Last season made 87 tackles, 73 assists, and 10 fumble• recoveries in 10 games.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

The first night game played between high school teams in the state occurred on September 23, 1927 when Pike Road and Cloverdale met in the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery.
