 High School Bio:

            Played quarterback and was a team captain on the football team. He was selected all-state in football and basketball his senior season. Green rushed for 1,100 yards and completed 73 of 125 passes for 25 touchdowns as a senior.

In 1969 the two point conversion was adopted for play following a touchdown. Until that time all conversions were worth one point.
