 High School Bio:

            Played tailback and strong safety on varsity team for 3 years and was captain 5 times. Earned Birmingham Post Herald "Player of the Week", Hyatt House "Defensive Player of the Week", Most Valuable Back on team, permanent Team Captain, All-County Jefferson County Schools. Rushed for 1,267 yards in 191 carries and caught 8 passes for 148 yards.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Collinsville completed the 1931 season with a record of 1-4-5. The five ties will forever be a state record since all games are now decided by overtime.
