            Played fullback and linebacker on varsity for 3years and was captain. Earned All Conference, All State, All County, and All Area. Had 98 tackles, 79 assists, 1 interception, 336 yards, 36 carries, 16 touchdowns, and 36 points his senior year.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

In 1970 Monroe Academy won the first championship in the A.I.S.A. by defeating Lowndes Academy 6-0.
