Castille starred at both a defensive back and a running back at Central. He rushed 116 times for 862 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior. He caught 16 passes for another 256 yards scoring six touchdowns and intercepted six passes returning one for a touchdown. Earned All American, Golden Helmet, All Bi-City, Most Valuable Player-Losers and Liars Club, and All State.
