 High School Bio:

            Ray rushed for 966 yards (7.1 yards per carry average) and scored 17 touchdowns as a senior at Catholic. He also made 43 solo tackles and gathered four interceptions. He averaged 36.2 yards per punt as a senior. He was named Prep All-American, All-State and Player of the Year by the Montgomery Advertiser and Quarterback Club. He also played baseball and basketball.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Etowah defeated Oxford 69-63 in 1991 to set a state record for most points scored by both teams in a playoff game.
