High School Bio: Chapman made 84 tackles and had 52 assists as a senior at Enterprise. He was a three year letterman while playing defensive end at Enterprise. He was named All-State, All-Region and team MVP. He also played tight end and caught 15 passes, two for touchdowns. He was also captain of the basketball team.

Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Morris Higginbotham coached three different teams to divisional state championships in the 1950s. He won titles at Walnut Grove in 1952, West Blocton in 1955 and Enterprise in 1960.
