 High School Bio:

            King was the team MVP as a senior at Fairhope. He played both quarterback and defensive back for the Pirates. He rushed for 934 yards on 110 carries and hit 80 of 125 passes for 785 yards. He was named All-American, All-State, All-Region and All-County. He was also team MVP.

Etowah defeated Oxford 69-63 in 1991 to set a state record for most points scored by both teams in a playoff game.
