 High School Bio:

            Landrum rushed for over 1,500 yards as a senior at Sweet Water. He also scored 25 touchdowns and was the team captain his final season. He was named Best Offensive Back twice, All-Area and All-State. He also played baseball and basketball.

The first football game played by a high school team in Alabama was in 1892 when Central Birmingham (Phillips) lost to Alabama 56-0 on November 11.
