Casey rushed for 832 yards on 176 carries, scored 13 touchdowns, completed 77 of 164 passes for 1,306 yards and 12 more scores while playing quarterback at Foley. As a junior he ran for 1,124 yards on 147 carries, scored 13 touchdowns and completed 73 of 165 passes for 6 touchdowns. As a sophomore he started at wide receiver and running back for the Lions. He caught 19 passes for 586 yards and rushed for 468 yards and scored 12 touchdowns. He rushed for 2,493 yards in his career.
