 High School Bio:

            Tony was a three year starter at Thompson on defense. He missed five games as a senior due to injuries but still managed to register 60 tackles, eight tackles for losses and four sacks. He totaled 97 tackles, five sacks and four interceptions as a junior.

In 1969 the two point conversion was adopted for play following a touchdown. Until that time all conversions were worth one point.
