 High School Bio:

            Ford played running back at New Hope High. He gained 1,669 yards and scored 27 touchdowns as a senior for Coach Randall Taylor. He participated in the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game and was named Class 3A first team all-state. He was ranked No. 35 by Scout, Rivals ranks him top running back prospect in Alabama and was named PrepStar All-Southeast.

Hazlewood won five consecutive state championships from 1988-1992. During this span the Golden Bears won 29 playoff games in a row.
