High School Bio: Ramon Henderson, an All-City, All-State end from Murphy High played with the South All-Stars. Ramon played varsity football two years and was alternate captain of his squad, He completed 30 for 31 passes for six touchdowns and gained approximately 650 yards. Bill Sharpe coached this football and baseball player.

From 1947 until his retirement in 1992 Glenn Daniel's teams won 302 games at Pine Hill and Luverne. He was the winningest coach in state history until 2010.
