            Yates passed for 3,320 yards and 36 touchdowns completing 270 of 389 attempts with seven interceptions. The signal caller is the new state record holder for pass attempts and completions 753/1,207. His career yardage of 9,580 puts him third behind LSU/Williamson star JaMarcus Russell and Alabama/Westbrook Christian quarterback Brodie Croyle.
