 High School Bio:

            Billy Rains, a four year varsity football man was captain of his squad at Lawrence County High School in 1954, and captain of the baseball club in 1954 & 1955. He is a right-guard, tipping the scales at 205 pounds. His specialty was playing lineman, also played baseball and basketball.
