 High School Bio:

            Walker was named All-Black Belt Conference two years. Football and basketball Back of the Week and Lineman of the Week Tuscaloosa News; most valuable player award Greene County High two years. Other sport - basketball. Bland played four years varsity football, was captain of squad in 1955-5S. His specialty - punting, kick-off, extra points, linebacking, pass receiving.




Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

The Super 6 State Championships began in 1996. Since then all title games were played at Legion Field in Birmingham until 2009.
