Sulligent completed the 2021 season with a 7-5 record. With their 4-2 region record and a fourth place finish in Class 2A region five, the Blue Devils earned a spot in the playoffs in 2021. Sulligent reached the second round of the playoffs before falling to Southeastern by a score of 37-18. Since 2010, Sulligent has gone a combined 73-63.
