 2023 Preview 


       Success Unlimited finished the 2022 season with a disappointing 1-7 record.

       The Mustangs would prefer to forget the past two seasons as they have finished with a 4-13 record.

       Success Unlimited is a relatively new football program having fielded a team only five seasons. They have managed a record of 9-32 over the past five years.




       The Mustangs will be under the direction of new head football coach Carlos McGilvery as they enter the 2023 season.  

      

       The Mustangs open the 2023 season on the road against region opponent Pike County on Friday, September 1 at Bulldog Stadium. Last year the Pike County Bulldogs finished with an overall record of 8-4 and in fourth place in Class 3A region two. The Bulldogs lost in the quarter-finals round of the Class 3A playoffs to Mobile Christian by a score of 27-7.

       This will be the first meeting between Success Unlimited and Pike County on the football field.
