1994 - Michigan State self-forfeited all wins in the 1994 season, resulting in Indiana's 1994 loss to Michigan State being retroactively changed to a win.
2016 - On December 1, Indiana announced that Kevin Wilson had been dismissed and that Tom Allen would permanently succeed Wilson as head coach, beginning at the bowl game.
