There is no prize for this contest but it is bragging rights.
Your mission, should you choose to accept, is to pick two four seeds in every class that you think will win or could win in the first round. So a total of 14 teams.
The tiebreaker will be that you choose one team and predict how much they will win by.
So example:
class : 2 4 seeds (7 times)
Tiebreaker: team x by 9

I will have the playoff challenge done probably tomorrow morning, but I?ll do this real quick. Not a lot of contenders so this should take way less time to come up with.

I have a suggestion for how to score this. Base it off of how close the games will be. For example, if Montgomery Catholic beats Citronelle by 30, and I picked them for 5A, my score would increase by 30. Your goal should be to have the lowest score. If one of the chosen teams win, the score should decrease. Say the total of my choices was 200 points, meaning all the teams lost collectively by 200 points, but Daphne wins by 10, decreasing the score by that much and my final score would be 190. Just a thought. |
