I'd agree on a lot of those. I really liked Hewitt to win 7A this year, but from what I understand is they have lost their QB so I would like to see how they play without him.

I have Neal ranked pretty high, but I have St Michael 2nd. I want to see if Neal can hang with elite competition.

Southeastern is a very good 2A team in my opinion, but Coosa is a great 2A team. Southeastern is the only team in their region, IMO, that can even remotely give them issues but that is going to take a lot on the part of Southeastern. Ultimately I think Coosa wins big.

Interesting games in my area this week.

Meek & Hackleburg - Two of the three good teams in the region
Lexington & DHCA - may settle second in the region, although I think Lexington has a shot to upset Winston County.
Hatton & Brooks - Could go a long way toward playoff positioning
Bob Jones & James Clemens - as I said in BSG, I think the winner has a clear advantage toward a region title.

Not sure what I'm missing here. Fyffe may have been slow coming out of the gates in Week 0 against an abnormal 1A team with multiple all-state players, but they put up a JV basketball score on a good Pisgah team last week. And Collinsville is just a solid program who haven't beaten Fyffe since 1983.

Result: Fyffe by whatever they want.
