There are 46 teams averaging over 40 points a game. Calera leads the pack by averaging 62.5 points per game followed closely by Falkville at 59.0 and Saraland with an average of 56.5. Five teams have yet to score this season.

In this day of high powered offenses, 12 teams have yet to have their goal line crossed this football season. Six teams have not allowed a point in their first two games. They include; Childersburg, Falkville, Loachapoka, Morgan Academy, Muscle Shoals and Springville. On the other end, Zion Chapel and Holt are giving up an average of 57.5 points per game during the first two weeks of the 2013 season.

Falkville leads in point differential average by defeating both opponents by an average of 59.0 points. Maplesville is second with an average winning margin of 50.5 in their two wins.

Collinsville completed the 1931 season with a record of 1-4-5. The five ties will forever be a state record since all games are now decided by overtime.
