Maplesville jumps to the lead by averaging 55.0 points per game followed by Marion County at 53.6 and Calera with an average of 52.1. On the bottom of the pile are Cottage Hill Christian (4.0), Lyman Ward (4.4), and Bullock County (4.6). Muscle Shoals saw their points allowed average fall to 2.3 per game when the defense shutout another opponent in a 49-0 thrashing of East Limestone Friday night. On the other end, the Lynn defense is giving up an average of 53.1 points per game during the first seven weeks of the 2013 season. Maplesville again leads in point differential average by defeating seven opponents by an average of 44.4 points per game. Piedmont takes over second with an average winning margin of 44.0 in their seven wins. |
