Game: Played Friday December 11, 1992 at Nix-Webster Stadium, Reeltown
 
Summary: 
             Hazlewood claimed their fifth straight championship with little resistance from Reeltown in a 37-6 romp. Montoya Madden scored on a 46 yard run as the Golden Bears erupted in the second quarter to take a commanding 16-0 halftime lead. After Madden's run gave Hazlewood a 10-0 lead Marcus Jones intercepted a Reeltown pass at midfield and returned it to the Fighting Rebels' 4 yard line.
             From there quarterback Steve Harris scored one play later for the 16-0 halftime lead. It was Reeltown's fourth trip to the championship game having lost in 1984 and 1991 while winning a title in 1987.

The Super 6 State Championships began in 1996. Since then all title games were played at Legion Field in Birmingham until 2009.
