Game: Played Friday December 8, 1995 at Hudson/Kirby Stadium, Cordova
 
Summary:
             Pete Bush ran 17 yards for the only score of the game to give Cordova their first championship in the Red Devils first appearance in a title game. B.B. Comer had two chances inside the Cordova 15 yard line in the fourth quarter but turned the ball over on downs both times when passes from Tellie Embrey fell incomplete.
             Comer had one last chance late in the game after Cordova's lone score but a first down pass would fall incomplete as time expired.
