Summary:
          Cordova used a powerful running game and a stingy defense to defeat Clay County 21-13 to claim their second title (1995) in school history.
          Clinging to a 14-13 lead to start the second half, the Blue Devils recovered a Clay County fumble and used eight plays to cover 47 yards with MVP Tim Simon running the last five yards for the score.
          The Blue Devils harassed Clay County quarterback Chase Horn the entire second half and held the Panthers to 67 total yards the final two quarters after Clay County gained 190 yards in the first half.
          Simon led the Cordova ground attack with a pair of touchdowns and 142 of the team's 233 yards on the ground. 
Great Moments in Alabama High School Football History

Thomasville scored 54 points against Gulf Shores in the first quarter of a game in 2003. They managed to hang on for an 81-14 win.
