Rogers completed the 2021 season with a 5-6 record. With their 3-4 region record and a fourth place finish in Class 4A region eight, the Pirates earned a spot in the playoffs in 2021. Rogers's season came to an end in the first round of the playoffs when they fell to Oneonta by a score of 40-14. Since 2010, Rogers has gone a combined 74-60. Their 55.2% winning percentage ranks 27th in Class 4A over the past twelve seasons. Over the past 25 seasons, Rogers has managed to compile a record of 149-126. Their 54.0% winning percentage ranks 21st in Class 4A and 154th in the AHSAA. The Pirates are led by head coach Daniel Garrett who is entering his second season at the helm. His team finished with a 5-6 record in his first season at Rogers. The Pirates saw improvement from a 2-8 record the season before coach Garrett arrived.
