Tallassee reached the second round of the playoffs before falling to Charles Henderson by a score of 34-7. Since 2010, Tallassee has gone a combined 90-54. The Tigers open the 2023 season on the road against non-region opponent Reeltown on Thursday, August 24 at Nix-Webster-Oneal Stadium. Last year the Reeltown Rebels finished with an overall record of 10-2 and in first place in Class 2A region three. The Rebels lost in the quarter-finals round of the Class 2A playoffs to B.B. Comer by a score of 28-22. Tallassee and Reeltown have met a total of 20 times on the football field. The Tigers have a 10-10-0 record against the Rebels.
