Last year the Marion County Red Raiders finished with an overall record of 2-8 and in fifth place in Class 1A region 6. The closed out the regular season with a loss to Red Bay by a score of 52-16. Hackleburg and Marion County have met a total of 81 times on the football field. The Panthers have a 32-46-3 record against the Red Raiders. They last met in 2019 with Marion County winning by a score of 26-6. Hackleburg returns 1A All-State Junior defensive lineman Cole Revis. He was named to the second team last season.
